Homer Simpson is a man on a cartoon comedy show the Simpsons and one of my favourites series characters.
Homer is the husband of Marge Simpson and the father of Bart, Lisa and Maggie Simpson. He lives with his family in Springfield specifically in the street Evergreen Terrace. Homer normally works as a safety inspector at the lcal luclear power plant but sometimes during the comedy show he works a lot of jobs, for example as a farmer, detective or duffman.
He likes eating food advertised on TV for example, the Krusty Burger that is his favourite food.
A particularity of him that makes me laught so much is his tipically catchphrase, the annoyed grunt "D'oh!", is typically uttered when he injures himself, realizes that he has done something stupid, or when something bad has happened or is about to happen to him.
Homer embodies several American working class stereotypes : he is crude, bald, overweight, incompetent, clumsy, lazy, a heavy drinker, and ignorant; however, he is essentially a decent man and fiercely devoted to his family. Despite the suburban blue-collar routine of his life, he has had a number of remarkable experiences.
He isn't the cleverest person in the world but with his sense of humor and stupidity makes laught all over the world and he is loved for everyone included me.
