THE CAPITAL CITY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT: BUENOS AIRES

As I really like travelling and discover the world and different cultures, for me choosing just a capital city to visit it’s hard. However, I would choose Buenos Aires, because going to Argentina is my dream life trip.

Buenos Aires is a big city located in South America, which its population is over than 13 million, the second largest city in South America. We could say that Buenos Aires has a big diversity of cultures and we can see this in its streets.

If I could visit Buenos Aires the first I would do will be going to the centre of the city where is located La Casa Rosada. La Casa Rosada is the building of the parliament and congress, in front of it there is la Plaza de Mayo, a square which is famous for the demonstrations against the dictatorship.

Despite of the history and important monuments we can find in the centre of Buenos Aires, I wouldn’t left the city before going to La Boca quarter. La Boca is a working class quarter where was born Maradona and where is located the football team Boca Juniors, one of the best of South America. In that quarter there is a zone called “El Caminito”, which is also famous for its colourful houses. El Caminito was founded by Italian immigrants who painted their houses with bright colours, as it was typical in their country. El Caminito is the home of artists and Tango dancers, in fact if you want to learn how to dance tango you must go to El Caminito because it’s the best place to learn it and dance it.

Buenos Aires is a big city full of interesting places to visit such as La Plata River the widest river in the world, or the largest avenue, Rivadavia Avenue, and the widest, Nine of July Avenue. As I said before going to the Argentina is my dream life travel, and of course if one day I could do my dream come true I will visit Buenos Aires, which is an amazing city with a lot of culture and things to discover. So, I hope one day my wish come true.
