People who don't recycle should be fined

Today is very important to help the environment, because there has been many years polluting and destroying the planet. We have reached a moment in which we need to change to make a good planet for our children.
Although it seems very difficult to change the pollution of the planet, everybody can do same thing that may help. An important way to save the planet is recycling.

Recycling is very good because we can improve the economy and help the world. I think we should penalize people who don't recycle because recycle it's easy and doesn't cost any effort.

Finally, I would say that if everyone put their grain of sand, we would live in a better world.
