Net piracy

As soon as was appeared the internet, there are a lot of pages for copy the music of the moment or copy films. Although years ago  this kind of pages wasn’t a problem because some people still bought cd’s or DVD, but now, all people download the cd of their favorite group or films for the net, and this is a big problem for all the people who earn money with the music or the films. For this reasons, I’m questioned if the net piracy is killing the music industry.

On the one hand, make a film or a song, it's  difficult for the artist, there are a lot of persons and hours behind this. Be an artist is a profession, and  artist earn money with theirs songs or films and people who practice net piracy, in fact, are destroying this profession.

On the other hand,  the artist also earn money with concerts and tours for all the world. They have a lot of fans who are prepared to pay 30 or 70 Euros for go to their concert and see their favorite singer in person. In addition, the cd’s or the films are very expensive and now, people prefer to spend the money with food or clothes more than buy a dc,  with probably only listen the cd two or three times.

In conclusion, I would like to say that I agree with people who download the cd or the film for their consume, but I don’t agree with people who download the cd for earn money with the sacrifice  of other’s.
