TV ADVERTISEMENTS

Personally, government shouldn’t ban the adverts on television, because if there isn’t publicity we will not be able to watch television. Specially, because television live thanks to the advertisement payment. 

Television commerce without publicity will not be able to survive because if it’s a public channel of course it receives money from the government, but if it’s a private channel, it survives only advertising. 

But I also think that recently there has been an excess of advertisement on our televisions. It’s not a problem because now with the economic crisis, department stores don’t make long adverts, which are the most expensive ones, and so the publicity time on television has been quiet reduced.

But in spite of all, I like adverts! They are a great way to know all the new products which are on the shops. I remember that we should know which ones are affordable for us. 

Adverts have also made a new world, the world of the publicity. ¿Don’t you like watching old TV advertisements which were watched by your parents? I like it a lot! And there are also some people who collect old metal boxes of antique products.

So in my opinion, television advertisements are a good way used by televisions to win money and they are also starting to be a part of our culture.
